Great and excellent position, we appreciated staying here.

We got a room with a bathtub. Plus it had garden view.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the places we wanted to visit.

This place had a very spacious bedroom with a lovely view of the garden, and it was conveniently located near a footpath, the city center, and just 5 km away from the Hungry Tree.

My room had everything I needed - a cozy bed, electric kettle, microwave, and even a sofa bed. Plus, the view out the window was of the garden 🌳.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a well-equipped and immaculate caravan in a quiet location. The staff, especially Fiona, were friendly and provided great directions and instructions.

We had a fantastic Easter getaway at this place! the spacious accommodation was perfect for our family, with two full, size bathrooms and big bedrooms with plenty of storage space. the towels provided were lovely, and we appreciated having a washing machine and a full, size fridge/freezer. the decking area was a great spot to relax, and the location was excellent for exploring different areas of Cornwall. It was just a short drive to Newquay and there were supermarkets and plenty of places to eat nearby. the site itself was quiet and well, maintained, adding to the peaceful atmosphere.

It would have been handy to have an iron and ironing board, as well as a hoover and mop bucket for cleaning.
